On March 1, the webinar "palliative care"was held. This is the first full-fledged training by the National Health Service of Ukraine on mobile palliative care. Until now, all our electronic work was done by guessing, waiting for phone calls to be answered, and explaining things that were sometimes contradictory or even more confusing. We can't say that we received answers to all questions about the patient's routes and the algorithm for entering information at the webinar, but much has become clear .Therefore, we thank the organizers for the opportunity to listen to the webinar. We also thank you for the new format for making medical records on one page - it is still easier than the previous one. We believe that today's promise of the next similar live meetings will polish both our work and the understanding of specialists on the selection of patients for hospitalization, on the differences between basic and specialized palliative care.
