Charitable Foundation "Mother Teresa" together with the Center for Palliative Care held an interesting event on the World Day of Palliative Care, with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation. A wonderful, emotionally rich event took place on October 11 this year in Ivano-Frankivsk Drama Theater - a master class for children with special needs was held by designer Yarema Stizik.     Children and young people from Nadvirna, Burshtyn, Ivano-Frankivsk visited this event.   The guests of our action - children of Yaremche district children's sanatorium "Prykarpatsky" represented 25 regions of Ukraine.

The charitable Fund "Mother Teresa" in conjunction with the Regional clinical centre of palliative care are continuing a variety of events on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of palliative care in the Carpathians and the celebration of world Day of palliative care for adults and children.

17 October at 19.00 the play "Oscar and the Pink Lady" will be held in Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Drama Theatre, with connection of celebration World Palliative Care Children Day, also the 20th anniversary of the work Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Clinical Palliative Care Centre (Hospice).

29 October-01 November 2017 in Kiev will be held a training for doctors on the topic of palliative care to children; and from 02 to November 03, 2017 in Kiev will be held the Second Children Palliative Care Forum, with the support of International Renaissance Foundation and at the initiative of the Ukrainian Association of children's palliative care.

Ivano-Frankivsk regional clinical palliative care centre conducts various activities and events on world palliative care day, usually during October – November. This is done according to the projects of the Charity Foundation for terminally ill "Mother Teresa" and with the support of International Renaissance Foundation.
